TRADE Unchartered - Barrel Aged Gin

Unchartered’s story is about crafting a premium spirit that has been curated within hand selected premium wine barrels from our Island’s world class vineyards to capture the provenance of Waiheke, and its unique terroir.

Our second barrel-aged, limited-edition release has been aged for 9 months in a Passage Rock Syrah barrel and presents as a top shelf Navy Strength gin at 58% ABV. Exhibiting piney juniper, with notes of orange, vanilla, dark fruits and hints of oak and liquorice, a beautiful blend of caramelised toffee, citrus and warm spice on the palate, Unchartered has a pioneering spirit with a full-bodied, yet smooth and warm lingering finish.
