Shipping policy

A base rate of $15 is charged on all orders, price of shipping is determined on the weight of your order. If you would like a shipping quote on a large order, please contact sales@waihekedistilling.co.nz.

We aim to dispatch within 24hrs of the order being placed. Expected delivery is within 2-3 working days for non-rural addresses, 3-5 business days for rural addresses.

Only persons aged 18 years and older are able to sign and receive orders from us. This is in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. If you look under the age of 25 the courier will ask to see valid ID. If the receiver is under the age of 18 or does not have valid ID the parcel will be returned to Waiheke Distilling Co for further instruction.
