This is where Waiheke’s first hotel once stood, where hospitality has been part of the land for generations, and where today our family distillery continues that legacy with respect and intention.

Native botanicals thrive in our once-pastoral land, now a flourishing botanical garden that inspires every blend. From coastal kelp and kawakawa to horopito, citrus and honey, each spirit reflects the rhythm of the island — generous, refined, and deeply connected to the natural world.
