I/We agree that Waiheke Distilling Co. Ltd may seek consumer credit information in accordance with the Privacy Act. If Waiheke Distilling Co. Ltd consider it relevant to assess my/our application for commercial credit, I/we agree to Waiheke Distilling Co. Ltd obtaining a credit report from a credit agency containing personal credit information about me/us in relation to a commercial credit provided by Waiheke Distilling Co. Ltd. Waiheke Distilling Co. Ltd will at all times give, receive and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act.
Waiheke Distilling Co. Ltd hereafter referred to as the “Supplier” 2. Customer hereafter referred to as the “Customer” 3. The Customer agrees to abide by the Suppliers’ terms of payments which are: a. Payment for goods shall be made in full on or before 14 days after the date of the invoice or on receipt of the goods, whichever is the earlier b. Interest may be charged on any amount owing after the due date at the rate of 2.5% per month or part month c. Ownership of the products shall not pass to the purchaser until the Supplier has received patent in full for the products d. The Customer agrees to pay all collection fees as well as costs and expenses legal or otherwise incurred in the recovery of products 4. Credit facilities on overdue accounts may be withdrawn or varied at the Suppliers’ discretion without notice to the Customer 5. Claims in respect of the good supplied must be notified to the Supplier in writing and received by the Supplier within seven days of the date of delivery I hereby declare that the above information is true and correct and I agreed to abide by the above trading terms
