We believe we have the best spot on the island, and our destination is truly special. Of course, we might be a little biased, but we're confident that once you arrive and taste our gin and admire the setting, you'll agree that the trip was definitely worth it!

Please keep in mind that if you wish to extend your visit after the distillery tour, we recommend securing a standard table reservation here separately.


Distillery tours are available on Wednesday to Friday at 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM, to make a booking you first need to select the date and time. 
- distillery tours must be booked 48 hours ahead of the tour commencing.

Credit Card Pre-Authorization: A credit card pre-authorization is necessary to secure your reservation. In case of a cancellation without ample notice (24 hours tables and 48 hours for tours) or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge $20 per person for garden bar bookings and the full amount for distillery tours to the card on file.

Distillery Tour - $78 PP
Distillery tour and insights into our craft spirit process. A gin or vodka tasting board. Finish with a flourish, your choice of G&T or Vodka Soda or one of our stunning cocktails.
