We believe we have the best spot on the island, and our destination is truly special. Of course, we might be a little biased, but we're confident that once you arrive and taste our gin and admire the setting, you'll agree that the trip was definitely worth it!

Please keep in mind that if you wish to extend your visit after the distillery tour, we recommend securing a standard table reservation here separately.


Distillery tours are available on Wednesdays and Sundays at 11:30 AM, to make a booking you first need to select the date and time. 
- distillery tours must be booked 48 hours ahead of the tour commencing 


Credit Card Pre-Authorization: A credit card pre-authorization is necessary to secure your reservation. In case of a cancellation without ample notice (24 hours tables and 48 hours for tours) or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge $20 per person for garden bar bookings and the full amount for distillery tours to the card on file.

Tours run at 11:30am to book please use the table booking feature and select 11:30am and you will see the tour option.


Tours may not run on Saturday depending on how busy the restaurant and bar are.Two tour options are avalible:
Distillery Tour ($60.00)
Immerse yourself in the world of craft spirits, begin the journey with a gin or botanical vodka tasting board, learn about our story, our botanicals and our craft with a visit to the stills. Enjoy sourdough & balsamic reduction with olive oil and finish with your choice of G&T or Vodka Soda. This experience will last 1.5-2 hours. Additionally, other times may be available or group bookings, subject to arrangement.
Tour and Graze ($105.00)
G&T on arrival, botanical exploration & distillery tour, gin & botanical vodka tasting paddle, shared cheese platter, olives, sourdough with olive oil and balsamic reduction. Finish with a flourish, your choice of G&T, vodka soda or one of our stunning cocktails. This experience will last 1.5-2 hours. If you would like to stay on after your experience we recommend also booking a standard table..
