Refund policy

If your order arrives in poor condition or is damaged please contact us immediately and we will rectify this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that it was sent.

We appreciate everyone has different tastes, however we will not offer returns for any spirits that do not meet your expectations in terms of flavour or aromatics.
