Unchartered - Barrel Aged Gin

Our second barrel-aged, limited-edition release has been aged for 9 months in a Passage Rock Syrah barrel and presents as a top shelf Navy Strength gin at 58% ABV. Less than 60 bottles produced.

“Exhibiting piney juniper, with notes of orange, vanilla, dark fruits and hints of oak and liquorice. A beautiful blend of caramelised toffee, citrus and warm spice on the palate. Unchartered has a pioneering spirit with a full-bodied, yet smooth and warm lingering finish.
