Spirit of Waiheke is a reflection of place — of descending waters, coastal light, and the quiet magic of Pikau Bay. Distilled on the eastern edge of Waiheke Island, where the land falls gently toward the sea, this gin captures the island’s generosity and calm.

Eleven botanicals are layered with intention, including giant kelp harvested from nearby waters, bright citrus, and a whisper of cardamom. The result is smooth and approachable, with a clean, lingering finish and a subtle lift of lime — a gin that welcomes rather than overwhelms.
