This stunning, deep copper-coloured gin has been nurtured and aged for many months in a Passage Rock Syrah barrel, then crafted to create an exquisite 48% ABV bold, bespoke gin. 

Internationally awarded distiller, Glen, describes Unchartered as “Having aromas of piney juniper, with notes of Seville orange, dark plum and hints of oak. The taste experience is bold and rich.
